Check out these holiday beauties. As cookies go they are quite simply, perfect. They take about 2 days to make, but it's totally worth it as chunky white chocolate, crisp peppermint chocolate cookie and crunchy candy cane sprinkles go to work on your synapses. They make a wonderful holiday gift for your friends and colleagues as well as they're not something you see every day and not something you would eat every day either!
