Birthday Chocolate-Cherry Cup Cakes

A birthday would not be complete without some kind of cake. Nor would it be complete without some kind of breakfast in bed scenario. For Jon's birthday I made chocolate + cherry cup cakes from Nigella's How to be a Domestic Goddess. She keeps it suitably kitsch with the cherries and birthday's are one time when you are certainly allowed to kitsch it up. Happy Birthday Jon!
